Our refund policy is crafted to uphold fairness and clarity for all our valued users. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Self-Paced Learning:

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Students are eligible for a refund only if they request it within seven days from the start of their cohort.
  2. To qualify for a refund, students must not have attended any live sessions.
  3. If a student has attended a live session and subsequently requests a refund, the refund will not be granted.
  4. Money back guarantee applies as per the terms signed during the admission process by Mygradez and the learner in the Job Guarantee agreement.

Non-Refundable Down Payments:

  • Any down payment made to confirm enrollment in a course is non-refundable.
  • If a student decides not to proceed with the course after making a down payment, the down payment will not be returned.

Refund requests failing to meet these requirements will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

Instructor-Led Training:

To be eligible for a refund, you must fulfill the following conditions:

  1. Submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
  2. Have consumed less than 25% of the video-learning content.
  3. Have attended no more than one (1) live online class.
  4. Have not requested any exam vouchers or microsoft/AWS passes.

Failure to meet these criteria will result in the rejection of your refund request.

Attendance Requirement: The candidate must maintain a minimum attendance of 85%, either in live classes or recorded sessions, throughout the duration of the course.

Academic Performance: The candidate must achieve a cumulative average score ranging from 80% to 100% in overall assessments, assignments, and quizzes conducted during the course.

Completion of Live Project: The candidate must successfully complete at least one live project assigned by the Mygradez team as part of the course curriculum.

Performance in Mock Interviews: The candidate must attain a minimum average score of 80% in mock interviews conducted by the Mygradez placement team.

Placement Assistance: In the event that the candidate is not successfully placed in a job position despite receiving continuous feedback from the HR team and industry experts from Mygradez, the candidate must have participated in a maximum of 20 interviews scheduled by the Mygradez placement team.

Refund Process: Upon meeting all the above criteria, if the candidate is not satisfied with the outcome and wishes to claim the 2x Money Back Guarantee, they must submit a formal request to Mygradez within a specified time frame, along with documented evidence of their fulfillment of the terms and conditions outlined above.

Verification Process: Mygradez reserves the right to verify the fulfillment of all terms and conditions stated in this guarantee. Any falsification of information may result in the denial of the refund claim.

Refund Amount: Upon approval of the refund claim, the candidate will receive a refund amount equal to twice the total course fee paid by them (excluding GST). This refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame, as determined by Mygradez.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to candidates who fail to meet any of the specified criteria or who withdraw from the course prematurely. Additionally, Mygradez reserves the right to amend or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this guarantee shall be resolved through mutual negotiation between the parties involved. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be escalated to legal authorities or arbitration, as per the governing laws and regulations.

By enrolling in the course and agreeing to these terms and conditions, the candidate acknowledges and accepts the conditions of the 2x Money Back Guarantee offered by Mygradez.

University Partnered Programs / Bootcamps:

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 7 working days from the start date of the regular class (live or recorded). Failure to meet this requirement will lead to the denial of your refund request.

Please note that for instructor-led training and university partnered programs, MyGradez reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will promptly notify and arrange alternative sessions.

Cancellation & Refunds: For DevOps and Software testing Programs

In the event of class rescheduling or cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

  1. Have not attended any classes.
  2. Initiate your refund request within 7 working days of course purchase.

Refund requests can be initiated through the following methods:

Refunds for Duplicate Payments:

Refunds for any duplicate payments will be processed using the original method of payment within 10 working days of receiving your request.

MyGradez reserves the right to revise this policy without prior notice to ensure the best experience for all users.

Usage of Official Groups and Communities

Students are strictly prohibited from using or forming any external groups or communities to communicate regarding course-related matters. All communications must occur exclusively within the official groups and communities provided by MyGradez. Any attempt to influence or manipulate other students concerning MyGradez’s operations, policies, or activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the course without a refund.
